Tuition & Payment Information:
Total Tuition: $1,850 for the weekend schedule and $1,800 for the weekday/weeknight schedule, which includes tuition, a lab kit, textbooks, CPR certification, and the State exam.
Additional Costs: The only out-of-pocket expenses are for your physical exam and TB test.
We accept payments via cash, card, check, Venmo, and Zelle (search: sychar@bluerockhealthcaretraining.com).
You can pay in full OR opt for our in-house payment plan:
A $500 downpayment is due upon enrollment; remaining costs are due in $250 increments every two weeks through ACH. A 1.5% transaction fee applies to ACH payments, and a 3.75% fee applies to credit/debit card payments.

Class Schedule Options:
● Weekday Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM for 5 weeks.
● Weekend Schedule: Saturdays online, Sundays in-person from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for 8 weeks.

To complete your enrollment, please submit the following:
● Driver’s License
● Social Security Card
● Immunization Records (Optional)
● A Negative PPD Test (tuberculosis); can be obtained from your Primary Care Provider or the Department of Health
● COVID-19 Vaccination Card (Optional)
Step One: Pay the $60 enrollment fee.
An enrollment fee is required to reserve your seat in the class. This fee will be applied toward your total tuition.

Prefer to pay in person? Visit us at 121 Fairfield Way, Suite 350, Bloomingdale, Illinois 60108 to pay with cash, card, or check.
